Our refund and returns policy last for 30 days. After this period, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange for your purchase.

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during the purchase or the gift giver, had it shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about the return.
